После обслуживания
(1)Гарантийный срок: 1 год или 50000 км (в зависимости от того, что наступит раньше).
(2) Продавец гарантирует наличие всех запасных частей, необходимых для обслуживания или ремонта. В течение гарантийного срока Покупатель должен оплатить только фактическую стоимость запасных частей и разумные расходы на проезд технического специалиста для предоставления необходимого обслуживания на месте (включая авиабилеты, проживание и визу).
(3) В случае, если качество каких-либо запасных частей Оборудования (по мнению Покупателя) будет затронуто, Продавец предоставит Покупателю запасные части бесплатно.
(4) Продавец предоставит лицензию на производство Оборудования и один комплект Руководства пользователя для Оборудования и Специального транспортного средства на английском языке.
